HDMI(ARC) or SPDIF Connection:
1. Audio Setting: please follow the instruction of above picture .
2. Volume Adjustment: the remote control for the TV and 1702C itself will adjust the volume in sync.
Q1: How can i do if the speaker is not loud enough?
A1: Turn up the volume on your soundbar, TV/Smartphone, and Fire/Roku Stick to increase the volume.
Q2: Why there is no sound from 1702C soundbar after plugging into the HDMI port?
A2: You can check the following aspects:
1. Please make sure it is an HDMI (ARC) port. Make sure the port you plug into your TV is HDMI (ARC) and not HDMI. Because HDMI (ARC) only transmits audio. However, if this is a normal HDMI port that transmits both audio and video, there will be no sound from the sound bar.
2. Please make sure it is Output Ports. Make sure the TV ports is HDMI(ARC) Output Port/Optical Output Port. If you plug in the input port from TV, there will be no sound from the sound bar.
3. Dolby sound is not supported. Due to copyright issues with HD-CP, we cannot support Dolby Audio.
